David Benn

David Benn is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of WorkInjuryRights.Com, a Florida law firm focused on representing injured workers in workers' compensation claims. Since 2010, he has focused his practice on representing injured workers, having previously represented some of the largest statewide employers and their insurance companies in workers' compensation claims.

Benn has successfully represented hundreds of injured workers in the State of Florida, obtaining favorable recoveries both prior to and through trial judgments, and has recovered millions of dollars in compensation for clients.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar and is proficient in Spanish. He has lived in South Florida since 2005.

He serves as a Board Member for the Workers' Compensation Section of the Broward County Bar Association.
