Adam Kutner

Adam S. Kutner founded his Las Vegas personal injury firm in 1992 after beginning his legal career as a defense attorney for insurance companies. He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1966 and earned a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1988 and a J.D. from the University of Miami, Coral Gables. He was admitted to the Nevada State Bar in September 1991.

His background on the defense side informs how he negotiates against insurers on behalf of accident victims: he understands the tactics used to minimize claims and counters them directly. Over more than three decades, the firm has resolved tens of thousands of personal injury cases in Southern Nevada. Mr. Kutner is active in the Las Vegas community through the Adam Kutner Cares charitable platform and an annual scholarship supporting law students.
