Mallory Storey Ulmer

Mallory Storey Ulmer is one of the firm's most productive trucking litigators, with more than $32 million recovered for clients over a recent seven-year span. Her results include a $15 million settlement in a catastrophic injury case where investigating officers initially blamed her own client, a conclusion her team's investigation overturned in a pure contributory negligence jurisdiction. An Auburn University graduate with a J.D. from Faulkner University's Jones School of Law, she is admitted in Alabama and Georgia, serves on the board of the AAJ Interstate Trucking Litigation Group, and tries cases in state and federal courts across the Southeast and Midwest.
