David Altman

David Altman is a Partner at Altman & Altman, LLP - Personal Injury Attorneys, specializing in personal injury law since 1999 with more than 25 years of experience. A third-generation attorney, he has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars across negligence and complex liability cases and oversees the firm's legal team and case managers.

Altman serves as General Counsel for the David Ortiz Children's Fund, a nonprofit providing heart surgeries and care for children in the Dominican Republic and New England. He was named one of Boston magazine's 150 Most Influential Bostonians in 2024.

Altman earned his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School and his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Suffolk University. He was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 1999.
