Marc Breakstone

Marc L. Breakstone is a founder and principal of Breakstone, White & Gluck. He has represented seriously injured clients in medical malpractice and personal injury cases since 1986. In the courtroom, he is known for using computer reenactments and interactive digital technology to present cases to juries, which has helped win significant recoveries in medical malpractice, motor vehicle accident, and bus accident cases. Mr. Breakstone has consistently maintained an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell (the highest rating for legal ability and professional standards) and holds a top rating on Avvo.

He has been recognized by Top 100 New England Super Lawyers and Top 100 Massachusetts Super Lawyers.
