J. Bradley Smith, Esq. is a Founding Member and Managing Member of A&S Personal Injury Lawyers (Arnold & Smith, PLLC), focusing his litigation practice on DWI/DUI, felonies, misdemeanors, and federal criminal charges. A Charlotte native, he co-founded the firm with Matt Arnold in 2007.

After graduating law school, Smith returned to Charlotte and joined the Mecklenburg County District Attorney's office, where he prosecuted both felony and misdemeanor cases before founding Arnold & Smith.
