Garrett Johnson

Garrett B. Johnson, Esq. is a Partner at Elrod Pope Accident & Injury Attorneys, focusing primarily on personal injury and serious accident cases with an emphasis on litigation. He oversees the firm's Finance and Human Resources Departments.

Johnson interned with the firm during law school and joined as an associate attorney in 2011, then was promoted to partner in 2017. Born in Charlotte, North Carolina and raised in Fort Mill, South Carolina from age four, he returned to his roots in York County after law school. He coached the Mock Trial team at Fort Mill High School for ten years, winning multiple regional championships and the 2016 State Championship, and was named Law Related Education Lawyer of the Year in 2016.

He earned both his Juris Doctorate and his Bachelor of Arts in History from Wake Forest University. He is admitted to the State Bar of South Carolina.
