Zachary Griffin

Zachary D. Griffin, Esq. is an Attorney at Elrod Pope Accident & Injury Attorneys, focusing his practice on personal injury, workers' compensation, and medical malpractice. A Rock Hill native, he began working with the firm as an intern in 2012 and started his full legal practice there in 2021.

Griffin has prior experience as a law clerk at Schulte Roth & Zabel, a full-service firm handling complex acquisitions, litigation, and financings, and previously served at Elrod Pope as a law clerk and interim business development manager. After college, he worked with AmeriCorps VISTA, helping international and local nonprofits improve early childhood, primary, and secondary education in the Washington, D.C. area, and later worked on Tommy Pope's Congressional campaign before attending law school.

Griffin is recognized on the South Carolina Pro Bono Honor Roll and the North Carolina Pro Bono Honor Society for serving clients through the V.A.L.O.R. Clinic and personal initiatives.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law and his Bachelor's degree in Political Science (with a minor in Business Administration) magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina in 2016. He is admitted to the State Bar of South Carolina.
