Kristie Schrader

Kristie Schrader, Esq. is a Trial Attorney at Baggett Law Personal Injury Lawyers with more than 25 years of litigation experience in Florida. After decades of defending insurance companies and corporations, she experienced a life-changing family tragedy in 2021 that shifted her perspective, prompting her transition from defense work to representing injured plaintiffs and families.

Schrader is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), reflecting her recognition as a highly skilled and ethical advocate committed to upholding the integrity of the civil justice system.

She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1999 and her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Alabama in 1995. She is admitted to the Florida Bar.
