Chuck Farah

Charles 'Chuck' Easa Farah Jr. is the Senior Partner of Farah & Farah, the Jacksonville-based personal injury law firm he co-founded with his older brother Eddie Farah in 1979. Together, the brothers built the firm from a single downtown Jacksonville office into a multi-state plaintiffs' personal injury practice with offices throughout Florida and Georgia, recovering more than $2 billion on behalf of clients.

Chuck initially considered a career in accounting before a summer internship at Eddie's law firm changed his trajectory. He completed law school in 1990 and joined his brother, at which point the firm became Farah & Farah. He has spent his entire legal career as a Jacksonville personal injury attorney.

Chuck has been recognized by Lawdragon's 2026 list of '100 Managing Partners You Need to Know' and is a Martindale-Hubbell Distinguished Attorney. He serves on the boards of Jacksonville Legal Aid, the 'I'm a Star Foundation,' and The Community Rehabilitation Center, Inc., and helped found Farah's Readers Are Leaders, a literacy program for students reading below grade level.

Chuck studied at the University of Georgia, earned his B.A. in Accounting from the University of North Florida, and received his J.D. from Samford University Cumberland School of Law in 1990, the same year he was admitted to The Florida Bar. He is fluent in Arabic in addition to English. He is a member of the Florida Justice Association, the Jacksonville Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and the National Trial Lawyers Association.
