About Khalil Farah

Khalil Farah is a Litigation Attorney at Farah & Farah's Jacksonville, Florida office and the son of firm co-founder Eddie Farah, representing the third generation of the family to practice at the firm. He focuses on auto accident and premises liability matters (slip-and-fall and other trip-and-fall cases) on behalf of plaintiffs throughout Florida and Georgia.

Farah grew up inside the firm, advancing through every role from mailroom attendant to litigation attorney — a path that informs his attention to detail and broad understanding of how cases move through the firm. He has become one of the firm's top go-to litigation attorneys.

Farah has been quoted in 2025 by WTOP News on cruise ship safety and by WPTV News on Urban Air injury lawsuits.

Farah earned dual B.A. degrees in Political Science and in English Language & Literature from the University of Georgia, and his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law. He is admitted to The Florida Bar, the State Bar of Georgia, and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Justice Association and the Jacksonville Justice Association.
