Ricky Favors

Ricky Favors is the Managing Attorney of Farah & Farah's Lake City, Florida office, where he focuses on personal injury, motor vehicle accident, and slip-and-fall cases. He represents clients statewide across Florida, including Lake City, Tampa, Miami, Orlando, and Jacksonville.

Favors brings an unusual background in family therapy to his client relationships, which informs his ability to relate to clients and help them feel comfortable opening up about their cases. He has been recognized by the National Trial Lawyers as one of the Top 40 Under 40, appointed to the Million Dollar Advocates Forum (a distinction held by fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers), and named to the Orlando Business Journal's 'Most Influential Leaders' list in 2025.

Favors earned his B.S. in Social Sciences and a Master's in Family Therapy from Mercer University, completed post-baccalaureate studies in Social Work at the University of Georgia, and earned his J.D. from Florida A&M University College of Law. He is admitted to The Florida Bar and is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Florida Justice Association.
