Norberto Garcia

Norberto A. Garcia is a partner at Blume Forte, having joined the firm effective April 1, 2019. He is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Born in Camaguey, Cuba, he immigrated to the United States as a child and grew up in Hudson County, New Jersey. He is fluent in Spanish.

He received his B.A. cum laude in History from Seton Hall University and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He concentrates his practice on personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, premises liability, and medical malpractice cases. He currently serves as President of the New Jersey State Bar Association and is the Immediate Past President of the New Jersey State Bar Foundation. He is admitted in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
