About Meghan McDaniel

Meghan McDaniel is a Litigation Attorney at Buckeye Law Group's Columbus office, focused on personal injury litigation representing individuals injured through others' negligence. She manages all litigation stages, including client communication, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery and depositions, negotiating settlements, and appearing at court hearings.

McDaniel earned her Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Ohio University, graduating magna cum laude with honors and academic distinction. She received her Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where she was awarded the Eminence Scholarship, a full-tuition merit award.

Prior to becoming an associate, she gained legal experience through internships and law firm roles focused on case development and trial preparation.
