Samuel Hartiens

Samuel Hartiens, Esq. is a Personal Injury Attorney at Campione Law P.A.'s Jacksonville office, licensed in Florida and federal court. He previously worked defending insurance companies, giving him unique insight into how insurers evaluate and fight claims, before transitioning to plaintiff representation.

Hartiens has secured millions in compensation for injury victims, including numerous six- and seven-figure recoveries, with a $2 million settlement obtained in 2025. He is also a published author whose works have been cited in legal academia, and he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Florida Coastal Law Review, publishing Volume 21 of the Florida Coastal Law Journal.
