Katherine Shea White

Katherine Shea White is an experienced Pennsylvania attorney who serves as Of Counsel to Chong Law Firm. Drawing on decades of civil litigation and insurance defense experience, she represents injured individuals in complex personal injury matters. Her practice includes automobile accidents, premises liability, workers' compensation, and medical malpractice litigation.

Katherine graduated cum laude from Cedar Crest College in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree and earned her Juris Doctor from the Dickinson School of Law in 1991. She began her legal career in insurance defense litigation with a prominent Philadelphia law firm, representing insured individuals, businesses, and insurance carriers in a broad range of civil litigation matters. She later continued her litigation practice with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company and Nationwide Insurance Company, handling workers' compensation, personal injury, premises liability, automobile liability, and appellate matters.

Drawing on the insight she gained representing insurance companies, Katherine now devotes her practice to civil litigation on behalf of injured individuals. She serves as Of Counsel to Chong Law Firm, providing attorneys with litigation support, legal research, motion practice, discovery, and strategic case analysis in complex civil litigation matters. She also serves as Of Counsel to a Bucks County law firm, representing individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability incidents, and other negligence matters. For more than a decade, a significant portion of her practice has focused on representing individuals who have suffered serious injuries due to medical malpractice.

Katherine is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Bucks County Bar Association.
