About Kaylee Rose

Kaylee is a trial attorney who advocates for individuals and families harmed by defective products, medical negligence, nursing home abuse, and other serious personal injuries. She focuses her practice on complex, high-stakes disputes and is known for her thorough case development, strong legal analysis, and ability to capitalize on key issues that shape the outcome of a case. Prior to joining the firm, Kaylee spent the first four years of her career at a preeminent corporate defense firm, where she represented clients nationwide in both state and federal court. Her defense experience provides valuable insight into how defendants evaluate claims, assess risk, and develop case strategy, which she now uses to anticipate defenses and advocate effectively for her clients.

Kaylee is originally from North Alabama and graduated from Bob Jones High School, where her father served as the head football coach. She went on to attend the University of Alabama, where she was involved in campus ministry and managed the official Twitter account for Alabama Baseball. Kaylee earned her J.D., cum laude, from Cumberland School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of the Cumberland Law Review and as Chief Justice of the Henry Upson Moot Court Board.
