About Dan Caplis

Dan Caplis has served as lead counsel in Denver catastrophic injury cases for more than 40 years. He is the only lawyer in Colorado history to win five straight multi-million dollar jury verdicts in crash cases and holds the largest truck crash jury verdict in Colorado history. Dan is a nationally known legal analyst and the host of a daily syndicated talk show on the iHeart Radio network, with hundreds of appearances on Fox News, CNN, NBC, CBS, ABC, and BBC.

He is a Colorado Super Lawyer, was named one of the 25 most powerful people in Denver by 5280 Magazine, and has received the Humanitarian of the Year award. Dan serves on the Board of Directors of Catholic Charities. He graduated from the University of Colorado with honors and served as Student Body President before earning his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law.
