Mark S. Davis, founding partner of Davis Levin Livingston, has been representing plaintiffs in Hawaii, including all the islands, for fifty years. He is the only Hawaii lawyer admitted to The Inner Circle of Advocates, a group limited to 100 of the best trial lawyers in the country. His firm has obtained the highest Federal Tort Claims judgment in Hawaii history, the highest settlement of a state tort liability case in Hawaii history, and the highest individual damages award in a child abuse case in Hawaii history. He was lead counsel in the Marco Polo fire case and has won award-winning verdicts on every neighbor island. Admitted to practice in Hawaii in 1974, Mr. Davis has spent over four decades representing injured, voiceless, and wronged clients. Thirty-two male survivors of a school-contracted psychiatrist who abused students across more than two decades reached an $80 million settlement with Kamehameha Schools, described at the time as the largest personal-injury settlement in Hawaii history.
