About Christopher DiBella

Christopher DiBella is the founding partner and lead attorney of DiBella Law Injury and Accident Lawyers, serving Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Early in his career, he represented employees in termination cases and served as a district court prosecutor.

DiBella's motivation to practice law stems from personal experience including his older brother's life-threatening car accident, his father's occupational injuries in construction, and his grandfathers' work in unsafe conditions after immigrating to the United States. He was the first generation in his family to attend college.

DiBella earned his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School (Dean's List honors), an MBA from Suffolk University School of Management with high honors, and his Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Boston University. His honors include Massachusetts Super Lawyers (2020-2026), the National Trial Lawyers Top 25 Motor Vehicle Trial Lawyers (2023), Top 100 Civil Plaintiff (2021-2023), Lawyers of Distinction (2021), and a BBB A+ rating.
