Josh Molchan

Josh Molchan is an associate attorney at Dordick Law Corporation who represents individuals in personal injury and wrongful death cases. He has extensive experience with serious injury matters, including traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries, nerve damage, paralysis, amputations, and fatal injuries, as well as cases arising from commercial vehicle collisions, explosions, electrocutions, premises liability, and workplace accidents. He earned his law degree from Southwestern Law School after completing his undergraduate studies at Long Beach State University, where he was a member of the men's golf team, and gained early experience clerking in private practice criminal defense on high-stakes state and federal matters. Since joining the firm he has worked alongside partner Dylan Dordick on a wide range of personal injury cases, helping recover more than $50 million in verdicts and settlements in 2024 alone for clients suffering catastrophic injuries.

He is licensed in California, a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California and the Beverly Hills Bar Association, and an active participant in the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. Super Lawyers named him a 2027 Rising Star. He is the son of personal injury trial lawyer and ABOTA member Jeff Molchan.
