About Cynthia Danel

Cynthia Danel has been voted for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America since 2011 and was named their 2012 Pittsburgh Personal Injury Litigation Lawyer of the Year. She is a Charter Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America, a trial lawyer honorary society limited to fewer than 3,500 fellows -- less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. She has tried numerous cases before juries and handled hundreds of mediations and settlements resulting in substantial recoveries for clients, and has argued appellate cases before both the Pennsylvania Superior and Supreme Courts. She earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Speech Communication from Pennsylvania State University, and her Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law. She is licensed in Pennsylvania and West Virginia state and federal courts.
