Katherine Wagner

Katherine C. 'Kasey' Wagner is a Litigation Attorney at Farah & Farah's Jacksonville Beach office, where she handles plaintiffs' medical malpractice and personal injury cases. She has practiced since 2004 and concentrates on medical malpractice, nursing home negligence and elder abuse, assisted living facility neglect, and wrongful death matters.

Wagner brings five years of insurance defense experience to her plaintiffs' practice — work that gave her an insider's view of how insurance companies and defense counsel evaluate, contest, and try personal injury claims. She uses that perspective to maximize recoveries for injured clients, taking cases to trial when that's what's required.

She earned her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Wake Forest University in 2000 with a double major in Sociology and Politics, and her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law. She is admitted to The Florida Bar and is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Florida Justice Association, the Jacksonville Justice Association, and the Jacksonville Bar Association — where she was named 2020 Committee Chair of the Year. She has been recognized as a Florida Super Lawyer in medical malpractice.
