Tim Foster

Tim Foster is a Senior Attorney at Frank Azar Car & Truck Accident Lawyers (Franklin D. Azar & Associates) in Colorado, where he focuses on class action litigation and complex contract, tort, bankruptcy, and intellectual property matters. He has over 10 years of civil and commercial litigation experience and joined the firm in 2020.

Before joining Franklin D. Azar & Associates, Foster practiced in New York City at Cooley LLP and a Manhattan commercial litigation boutique.

Foster earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2008 and his undergraduate degree from Weber State University in 2005, where he was a member of Weber State's nationally ranked Mock Trial Team. At NYU he served on the Moot Court Board.

He is admitted to practice in New York, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
