Curtis Bruehl

Curtis 'Muskrat' Bruehl is a mass tort and Federal Indian Law attorney at Fulmer Sill based in Oklahoma City, with more than 22 years of experience practicing since 2002. He specializes in complex catastrophic personal injury litigation, including cases involving defective pharmaceuticals, dangerous medical devices, and toxic exposure.

Bruehl was the first attorney in the United States to successfully bring a defective pharmaceutical claim on behalf of a Native American tribe, establishing precedent for nationwide tribal opioid recovery efforts that have resulted in hundreds of millions in recoveries for tribal nations. He is admitted to Oklahoma state courts, all three U.S. District Courts in Oklahoma, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. Supreme Court, and multiple Tribal Courts.

Bruehl has served as a Guardian ad Litem with Oklahoma Lawyers for Children and as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) volunteer.
