Simone Fulmer Gaus

Simone Fulmer Gaus is the founding attorney of Fulmer Sill in Oklahoma City. She has been admitted to the Oklahoma Bar since 1996 and focuses her practice on litigation, appeals, insurance disputes, and personal injury matters. In 1998 she began representing policyholders against insurance companies, and after a close family member sustained a serious brain injury in a car wreck, she shifted toward serious-injury cases. She founded Fulmer Group in October 2014.

Fulmer Gaus is known nationally for her seminars on insurance and bad-faith litigation. She serves on the non-profit Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice and on the Executive Board of the Oklahoma Association for Justice, of which she was President in 2014. She was named a LawDragon 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyer in 2020.
