Kenneth Ralston

Kenneth N. Ralston is a Shareholder at Gallagher & Kennedy in Phoenix, elected to shareholder effective January 1, 2024. He is a seasoned litigator handling complex commercial litigation, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and environmental and natural resources matters. With Kevin D. Neal, he represented the State of Arizona and the Arizona Attorney General's Office in obtaining an $85 million settlement against Google for deceptive and unfair practices involving user location data under the Arizona Consumer Fraud Act, the largest per-capita privacy settlement of its kind. He also obtained a major victory before the U.S. Supreme Court in Olhausen v. Arriva Medical for whistleblowers.
