Philip Ward

Philip "Heath" Ward is a personal injury attorney with George Sink Injury Lawyers, dedicated to fighting for the rights of injured South Carolinians. His client-centered approach has led to millions of dollars in recovery for his clients, and he brings extensive experience leading and collaborating with lawyers to handle complex matters.

Ward was raised in south Georgia by a YMCA director and a public school teacher. Before joining George Sink, he clerked for the 15th Circuit Solicitor's Office in Georgetown, South Carolina, and spent eight years as a supervising attorney at a large Charleston-based injury practice.

He is licensed to practice in South Carolina state and federal district courts and is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, the Charleston Bar Association, and the South Carolina Association for Justice. He is actively involved in the Charleston Rotary Club.

Ward lives in the Lowcountry with his wife Lisa (also an attorney) and their two sons, Grady and Brody.
