Charles Gilman

Charles A. Gilman is the managing partner and co-founder of Gilman & Bedigian, LLC. He co-founded the firm with H. Briggs Bedigian to pursue cases for injured clients across the Mid-Atlantic region. His practice covers medical malpractice, car accidents, nursing home negligence and abuse, dog bites, slip and fall accidents, and other personal injury matters. He has particular experience with catastrophic injury cases involving cerebral palsy, pediatric brain injury, hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, traumatic brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries.

He has also represented clients in class action lawsuits and shareholder derivative claims, and served as general counsel to corporations in regulatory and litigation matters. His recoveries for injured clients exceed $200 million in jury verdicts and settlements. He graduated cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law and holds a B.S. in Finance from Towson University.
