John Musacchio

John A. Musacchio is a litigation attorney at Goldberg & Osborne in Tucson, Arizona, with more than 15 years of experience. His practice covers complex personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-fall, premises liability, medical malpractice, traumatic brain injuries, and defective and dangerous products, with particular focus on maximizing compensation in product liability, medical malpractice, brain injury, and wrongful death cases.

Musacchio earned his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in 2008, where he was Co-Social Chair of the Italian American Student Association and a member of Phi Alpha Delta. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University in 2005. He was licensed to practice in New York in 2009 and is also admitted to the bars of Arizona, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Vermont.

Before Goldberg & Osborne, Musacchio practiced trial work at two prominent law firms in the Capital Region of Upstate New York. He has previously served on the New York State Bar Association Committee on Disability Rights and on the Committee on Character and Fitness for the New York State Appellate Division Third Judicial Department.
