Nicole McCarthy

Nicole McCarthy is an Associate Attorney at Goodman Acker P.C., focused on personal injury matters.

McCarthy earned her Juris Doctor with a concentration in Tax and Business Law from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School and her Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Michigan State University. She is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan.

During undergraduate studies, McCarthy interned for a Michigan House of Representatives member on environmental advocacy. She worked in human resources before attending law school, where she excelled in Moot Court and led the Tax Club. Her recognitions include features in Michigan Lawyers Weekly. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Michigan Association for Justice, and the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan.
