Kirk Goza

Kirk J. Goza has over 30 years of experience managing and trying significant lawsuits, including pharmaceutical and other mass tort product liability matters. His practice focuses on representing plaintiffs in products liability, medical malpractice, and pharmaceutical or medical device litigation. Kirk has participated in key positions in litigations involving Xarelto, Power Morcellator, and JUUL/Altria vaping products. Early in his career Kirk represented some of the largest corporations in America in jurisdictions around the country, and he now uses that experience to seek full compensation for people injured or killed through the negligence of others.

Missouri judges selected him to receive the Lon O. Hocker Award as one of the outstanding young trial lawyers in the state. In 2003 Kirk was inducted as a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and is also a member of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, the International Society of Barristers, and the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has been listed by Best Lawyers as one of the top 50 lawyers in Kansas and Missouri for over 20 years and was named Best Lawyers Lawyer of the Year in both products liability and medical malpractice categories.
