Eric Espey

Eric H. Espey is an Attorney at Greer Injury Lawyers, PLLC, focusing on civil litigation including jury trials representing injured individuals and appellate work.

Espey earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2005 and his Bachelor of Science cum laude in Political Science from Murray State University in 2002. He is admitted to the State Bar of Tennessee (2005), the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee (2010), and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit (2021).

With 19 years of experience, Espey has appeared before the Tennessee Supreme Court, Tennessee Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. His honors include AV Rated, CALI Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy, National Trial Lawyers Top 100 (2018), Super Lawyers, and Top 40 Under 40. He serves on the Board of Governors of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association.
