About Christopher Rogers

Christopher E. Rogers is a shareholder of Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. and the Co-Managing Partner of the firm's Madison office. His practice focuses on cases involving injuries from product defects, automobile accidents, and general negligence.

Rogers earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1995, where he served as Note and Comment Editor for the Wisconsin Environmental Law Journal. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1989. He is admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin.

After graduation, Rogers practiced insurance and defense litigation at firms in Milwaukee and Madison before joining Habush Habush & Rottier in 1999. He initially practiced primarily out of the firm's Lake Geneva office, trying cases in Walworth, Kenosha, and Racine counties, and moved to the Madison office in 2004.

In 2017, Rogers served a one-year term as President-Elect of the State Bar of Wisconsin, served as State Bar President in 2018, and as Past-President in 2019. He was inducted as a Fellow of the Wisconsin Law Foundation in 2016 and serves as Wisconsin Co-Chair of the Fellows of the American Bar Foundation. He has been selected to the Wisconsin Super Lawyers list each year since 2010 and was named a Top 25 Madison Super Lawyer in 2012, 2015, 2023, 2024, and 2025.
