Victoria Karcher

Victoria M. "Vicki" Karcher is a shareholder at Habush Habush & Rottier S.C., practicing in the firm's Wausau, Stevens Point, and Rhinelander offices.

Karcher earned her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2011, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. She earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, majoring in Legal Studies and Political Science. A native of Wausau, she graduated from D.C. Everest High School. She is admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin (2011).

During law school, Karcher interned for the Honorable Barbara B. Crabb and clerked at a civil litigation firm in Appleton. After law school she practiced personal injury and employment law as an associate at a Madison firm, then practiced for four years at a Wausau firm before joining Habush Habush & Rottier. She has been selected to the Wisconsin Super Lawyers Rising Stars list from 2014 through 2024 and coaches the D.C. Everest High School Mock Trial Team.
