Joseph Hodgin

Joseph (Joey) S. Hodgin is an attorney at Henson Fuerst, Attorneys at Law in North Carolina, with nearly 20 years of experience representing the state's working men and women. His practice focuses on workers' compensation and personal injury matters, handling common injuries like rotator cuff tears and carpal tunnel syndrome as well as catastrophic injuries such as head trauma and spinal injuries.

Hodgin takes a special interest in representing North Carolina's first responders, including EMS workers, police officers, and firefighters. Beyond courtroom advocacy at all levels of the North Carolina Industrial Commission, he is also active on legislative matters affecting injured workers.

He earned his Bachelor's degree from Campbell University and his Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University, where he served on the Law Review.
