Michael Hupy

Michael F. Hupy is the Senior Partner and President of Hupy and Abraham, S.C., overseeing 11 offices across Wisconsin, Illinois, and Iowa.

Hupy earned his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 1972 and his Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University in 1968. He is admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin (1972), the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin and the Northern District of Illinois, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Hupy has secured numerous multi-million-dollar results including $9.5 million in a slip-and-fall case, $5 million in a truck collision, and a $22 million award for an injured child. His honors include the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award (2019), Milwaukee Bar Association Distinguished Service Award (2015), Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist (NBTA, 2014), Super Lawyer (2005-present), and Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent (1995-present).
