C. Brian Jarrard

C. Brian Jarrard is the managing attorney and founder of Jarrard Law Group, LLC in Macon, Georgia. He earned his undergraduate degree from Georgia Southern University in 1996 as a Bell Honors Scholar and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2000, where he served as Chairman of the Mock Trial Program, as a member of the Moot Court Board and the Order of Barristers, and as Articles Editor of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. Before founding Jarrard Law Group in 2012, Jarrard worked as insurance defense counsel and as a business and probate litigator, then oversaw federal criminal defense operations in the Middle District of Georgia, managing hundreds of federal criminal defense cases. He is a Master of the William Augustus Bootle Inn of Court, a board member of the Federal Defenders of the Middle District of Georgia, Inc., and a board member of Middle Georgia Justice.

Jarrard is also a trained mediator and serves as a mediator through Adams ADR Services. He is regularly consulted by other attorneys on complex legal disputes. His most significant verdict was the $118 million jury award in Gill v. Total Care Community Living, the largest verdict in Bibb County State Court history, arising from the abuse of a severely developmentally disabled adult at a day activity center.
