Holly Stephens

Holly K. Stephens is an Associate Attorney at McArthur Law Firm's Atlanta office. She focuses her practice on personal injury and wrongful death cases involving medical negligence, motor vehicle collisions, and trucking accidents.

Originally from Macon, Georgia, Stephens worked in the Texas State Senate for two years before law school. Following law school, she served as an Assistant Public Defender in Brunswick, Georgia, representing hundreds of clients in criminal cases.

She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2021 and her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2016.

She is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia. She serves as Co-Chair of the State Bar of Georgia Young Lawyers Division Litigation Committee for the 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 terms. She is also a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, Atlanta Bar Association, and American Bar Association.
