Jason Stone

Jason Stone is the President and Founder of Jason Stone Injury Lawyers in Boston, which he established in February 2004. He has been practicing law for over 20 years.

A native of Framingham, Massachusetts, Stone graduated from The Rivers School in Weston before earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University in Atlanta. He worked in San Francisco's financial industry before returning to Boston to attend Suffolk University Law School, where he graduated with honors. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York.

Before founding his firm, Stone worked as a trial attorney for a midtown Manhattan law firm. He has been recognized by Boston Magazine, selected as a Super Lawyer (2025), and is a member of the National Trial Lawyers and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
