Joel Schwartz

Joel H. Schwartz is the President and Founder of Joel H. Schwartz, P.C. in Boston, with over 60 years of experience in personal injury law. He focuses on automobile accidents, general liability, workers' compensation, and litigation.

Schwartz earned his L.L.B. from Suffolk University Law School in 1964 and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1960. He started as a solo practitioner in 1965.

He is a member of the Boston, Massachusetts, and American Bar Associations. Since 2009, he has been named among the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers Association. He is a lifetime member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, with membership limited to attorneys who have won multi-million dollar settlements or verdicts.
