About Michael Hult

Michael Hult is a Litigation Attorney at Keller & Keller, Injury Lawyers, focused on representing injured persons. He works to resolve claims prior to litigation but is prepared to file lawsuits and represent clients at jury trial when necessary.

Hult brings nearly ten years of experience as an insurance defense attorney, having worked as an in-house trial attorney at a Fortune 100 insurance company and at a boutique firm defending healthcare providers and businesses in medical malpractice and personal injury cases. He returned to Indiana in 2014 to be closer to family.

Born in Bloomington and raised in Columbus, Indiana, Hult earned his degrees in Economics and East Asian Studies with honors from DePauw University and his Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. After law school he deferred admission for a year to live in Albuquerque, then served two years (2006-2008) as a law clerk for the O'ahu First Circuit Court in Honolulu, participating in numerous jury trials.

He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Indiana and Hawaii, and in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and the District of Hawaii.

Hult is a Barrister in the Sagamore American Inn of Court and is a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.
