Jim Forgotson

Jim focuses exclusively on bankruptcy, estate planning, and probate. A University of Oklahoma undergraduate and law graduate, he gives practical, plain-language advice during difficult financial and family transitions. He introduced the firm's consumer-bankruptcy practice in 2022 and advises clients on debt relief, planning documents, and probate administration. Jim serves on nonprofit and community initiatives in Oklahoma and has supported consumer-rights advocacy through bankruptcy and financial-relief education. He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
