About Brett A. Emison
Brett Emison focuses his practice almost exclusively on catastrophic injury and death cases, as well as class action and other complex tort cases, including automobile defects, railroad crossing accidents, trucking accidents, dangerous or defective drugs, and other matters. He was named the 2026 'Lawyer of the Year' by Best Lawyers in America for the Kansas City metro area in product defect litigation for plaintiffs, and has been recognized by Best Lawyers for more than ten years in personal injury litigation, products liability, and railroad law.
