Cristin Fitzgerald

Cristin Fitzgerald is a Senior Trial Attorney at Levine Law in Colorado.

Fitzgerald began practicing law in New Orleans. She started as a personal injury litigator, transitioned to defending insurance companies and trucking firms, and now advocates for accident victims.

She earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans and her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.

She is admitted to practice in Colorado, New York, Georgia, and Louisiana. She is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association (2019-present).

She was named to The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 (2022-present) and the 2023 Top 50 Jury Verdicts in Colorado.

She authored Patricia, her Prius, and the 2015 Amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure in The Advocate (Winter 2016).
