Derek Stangeland

Derek Stangeland is a Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney at Levine Law, LLC in Colorado.

Stangeland brings extensive experience managing personal injury cases from initial consultation through resolution. His background includes litigation and pre-litigation work, with expertise in case evaluation, settlement negotiation, discovery processes, depositions, and mediation proceedings.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School, graduating in the top 8% with a Criminal Law certification. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Seattle University.

During law school, he received CALI Awards for highest grades in multiple courses, the Whittier Law Review Best Junior Staff Editor Award, and Dean's List recognition.
