Thomas Boyle

Thomas A. Boyle, Jr. is an associate at Maggiano, DiGirolamo & Lizzi P.C. and is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He represents victims in personal injury matters and handles workers' compensation cases in New Jersey. Boyle has spent his entire career representing injured parties in construction accidents, premises liability, automobile accidents, municipal liability, asbestos exposure, and medical malpractice. Prior to joining the firm, he was associated with a New York City law firm representing clients in both New York and New Jersey. He also interned with the Honorable Arthur D. Spatt in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
