About Alicia Bianco

Alicia C. Bianco is a personal injury attorney at Marasco & Nesselbush with a focus on individuals who have suffered personal injuries or medical malpractice. A magna cum laude graduate of Roger Williams University School of Law in 2015, Alicia ranked 14th in her class. During law school, she gained experience at a prominent plaintiff's medical malpractice firm in Rhode Island. Following graduation, she clerked for the Rhode Island Supreme Court clerk pool, which refined her understanding of complex legal issues.

She then joined a medical malpractice defense firm, representing hospitals and physicians, which gave her a comprehensive view of how these cases are defended. She subsequently spent five years practicing real estate and business law in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut before returning to plaintiff-side personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. At Marasco & Nesselbush, Alicia stands by her clients during their most vulnerable times, offering legal expertise, empathy, and support throughout the legal process.
