About William Sievers

William R. 'Rob' Sievers is a Principal and the lead attorney at Marks & Harrison's Charlottesville, Virginia office. He joined the firm in 2019 after practicing at a Richmond personal injury firm and at an insurance defense firm.

Sievers began his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Glen M. Williams, Senior United States District Court Judge for the Western District of Virginia, then served two years as an Assistant Attorney General and Associate Solicitor General in the Office of the Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Virginia. He has served on the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association Pro Bono Committee and was a two-time presenter at the VTLA Advanced Auto Retreat.

Sievers earned his Juris Doctor from the Appalachian School of Law and his Bachelor's degree from Elon University.
