About Konstandinos Nicklow
Konstandinos (Gus) Nicklow has been a trial attorney at Meshbesher and Spence for more than 30 years and serves on the firm's Board of Directors. He handles personal injury and wrongful death cases involving car accidents, motorcycle crashes, semi-truck collisions, boating incidents, dog bites, slip and fall claims, defective automatic doors, and sexual abuse and assault matters. He has secured verdicts and settlements exceeding $60 million across his career, including an $18 million jury verdict in a child sexual abuse case. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Minnesota (summa cum laude, 1989) and a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law (cum laude, 1992).

A Becker County jury awarded $750,000 against WE Fest organizers and their security contractor after finding both negligent for hiring a campground attendant with a prior felony sex-offense conviction who assaulted a female camper in 2006.
